Mallory Prado wins honors in Horse Judging

Congratulations to Horses Rock 4-H member, Mallory Prado, who took 15th out of 681 entries at the Horse Judging Competition held at Tarleton University. What an outstanding accomplishment!! Mallory was also on the FFA Horse Judging Team that placed 2nd in Districts. Wow!!!

Horse Judging offers outstanding opportunities for recognition and scholarship equally for horse owners and non-horse owners alike. Becoming accomplished in horses judging provides in-depth knowledge of what judges are looking for in the competition ring. For more information on horse judging, we invite you to visit http://animalscience.tamu.edu/main/academics/equine/judgingexample.html which web site is also linked to at Horses Rock Horse Judging Bulletin Board, http://www.horsesrockjudge.blogspot.com/
