$20.00 per adult – Jackpot (half entry fee - $10.00 goes to jackpot)
Fees must accompany entry form and are non-refundable.
Fees include lunch for contestants.
$10.00 late fee (per team and/or $4 per individual) if postmarked after January14, 2009.
